Push your grade as far as you want. The image won’t break.
Familiar tools — curves, wheels, masks — tuned with decades of colour science so you can grade with confidence, push hard, and never lose the image.
Built for photographers. Evolved for colorists.
Kredi Lab started with a simple question: why does grading a video feel so much harder than editing a photo? Photographers already know how to read light, balance tones and shape an image. They do it daily in Lightroom and Capture One.
Most video color tools break that instinct. They scatter the work across nodes, scopes and floating windows, turning creative decisions into technical ones. Worse, they make it easy to destroy the image in the process. Kredi Lab is different: not new tools that behave like nothing you’ve seen before, but the same controls you already trust — curves, wheels, masks — engineered at a deeper level so the image holds however hard you push. One scrollable inspector, built on decades of real colour science.
Every tool a photographer needs: nothing they don’t.
A foundation that holds
A scene-referred foundation built on real colour science — so no matter how far you push the grade, highlights, skin tones and relationships don’t fall apart.
Controls that feel like second nature
Primary and secondary controls that work exactly like the ones you already know. If you’ve ever opened Lightroom, you’re already at home.
Colour that matches your camera from click one
Grade the way light actually behaves — subtracting rather than adding. Your camera’s colour is matched from click one, not fought against.
Diffusion
Organic, lens-like softness that opens up highlights and glow, without ever sacrificing the sharpness and detail underneath.
Skin Refine
Smooth and even skin tones with surgical precision, keeping texture and life in the face, never a waxy, plastic look.
Realistic grain
Shape size, intensity and softness until it feels right: add a touch of texture for a natural, photographic finish, or use it to gently soften an image.
One inspector, zero clutter
Every tool lives in a single scrollable panel: no floating windows, no jumping between apps, everything within reach of your scroll.
Non‑destructive, always
Every adjustment is reversible and stacked cleanly: explore freely, compare instantly, and never fear losing the original image.
Subtle by design. Visible in the result.
Every competitor shows you before/after images. So do we — because the result speaks for itself. What they don’t show is how easy it is to get there. That’s the part we built.
Even tones, real skin.
A precise, localised softening that keeps pores, texture and life in the skin, calibrated to avoid the flat, plastic look common in heavy-handed retouching.

Before
After: Skin Refine
Soft light, sharp story.
A gentle, lens-like glow lifted into the highlights, adding atmosphere and depth while leaving focus and detail exactly where they belong.

Before
After: Diffusion
Texture that feels shot.
Film-accurate grain structures, sized and animated to match real stock, adding depth and warmth instead of digital noise on top of the image.

35 years behind the curve, now in your inspector.
Kredi Lab is written by a software engineer with more than three decades of experience building colour-grading tools for film and broadcast: systems that have shaped images on real productions, long before „creator“ was a job title.
This isn’t a tool stitched together from AI prompts: every curve, matrix and grain model here reflects decades of real engineering knowledge about how light and colour actually behave.
After years of watching photographers struggle to translate their instincts into video, the brief became simple: take the workflow they already trust: curves, wheels, masks, presets, all within reach of a scroll, and bring it, faithfully and precisely, into the edit.

Help us tune it to perfection.
Kredi Lab is in testing. We’re looking for photographers and filmmakers who want to push it hard — try to break it, find the edges, tell us what holds and what doesn’t. Your feedback shapes what ships.
Early, hands-on access to Kredi Lab before public release.
A direct line to the person building it, your feedback shapes the roadmap.
An invite to our private Discord, where testers trade looks, presets and notes.
