14-day money-back guarantee

If KREDI Lab isn’t right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase and you get your money back in full. No questions asked, whether you bought the Permanent License or the Annual Subscription. You can try every feature free for 7 days before you buy, but the guarantee applies either way.

Subscriptions

The 14 days apply to every payment: your first one and each yearly renewal. You can cancel at any time from the link in your Creem receipt, or by emailing us; the subscription then stops renewing and you keep KREDI Lab until the end of the year you have paid for. A refunded renewal ends the subscription.

How to ask

Email hello@kredi-lab.com from the address you bought with, or include your order number from the Creem receipt. We reply within three business days.

How the refund is paid

Purchases are processed by Creem, our merchant of record, so the refund is issued by Creem to the card or payment method you used. Your bank may take a few days to show it.

What happens to your license

A refunded license is deactivated on every Mac it was activated on. If you change your mind later, you can buy again at any time.

After 14 days

We don’t refund purchases after 14 days, except where the law requires it, for example if the software is faulty or not as described. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
